Are you passionate about the fight against Alzheimer’s? Do you want to get more involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and Walk to End Alzheimer’s? Join the Walk Planning Committee and help shape the movement to end this disease.
Committee members are the heart of the event, planning everything from the kick off to the wrap up. Some members focus on growing the event by recruiting teams, others coordinate logistics and some work on promoting the event in the community. There's a role for everyone!

New members are welcome to join any time throughout the year. Committee meetings are held approximately once a month January - December. Subcommittees may meet separately as needed.
Please note: All volunteers should also register as a Walk Participant!
Each year we bring Walk to End Alzheimer's to over 600 communities in the U.S., and we could not do it without our dedicated Walk day volunteers. Volunteers help with event set up, registration and check in, water stations, advocacy efforts, cheerleading and more! Raise awareness and bring your passion for the cause on Walk day.
