All Champions Club members receive:
Become a Champion by raising at least $500 and you’ll receive a commemorative medal.
When you raise at least $1,000, you’ll earn the title of Grand Champion and the exclusive fundraising status that comes along with it. You’ll also receive a special T-shirt to show off your success.
Elite Grand Champions
Once you’ve raised $2,500, you’ll be in the company of greatness as an Elite Grand Champion. As part of this esteemed group of fundraisers, you’ll earn a one-of-a-kind hoodie and the glory of being a top-tier champion for those facing Alzheimer’s.
Champion, Grand Champion and Elite Grand Champion status are based on your individual fundraising efforts, not the amount your team has raised collectively.
Individuals who reach Champions Club status will receive these benefits in addition to their selected incentive prize. All Champions Club rewards and incentive prizes will be sent directly to qualifying participants by mail. Registered participants should visit their Participant Center to ensure their correct address is on file.
