Question - Not Required - I would like to volunteer on the day of the Walk to End Alzheimer's, Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Yountville Park. I am interested in the following volunteer opportunities (check all that apply):

	Logistics - responsible for overseeing day-of-event logistics and volunteers
	Marketing & Outreach - responsible for creating awareness of the disease and the Alzheimer's Association through the promotion of Walk to End Alzheimer's
	Mission - responsible for organizing activities that focus on the Association's mission at committee meetings, events and on Walk day
	Company Engagement/Sponsorship - responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with company teams and sponsors
	Team Recruitment - responsible for recruiting new teams and helping them get set up for success
	Team Retention - responsible for managing relationships with past Walk teams
	Executive Leadership Team (ELT) - local business leaders responsible for recruiting and managing relationships with company teams and sponsors

For the health and safety of our constituents, volunteers acting on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Association at outdoor in-person events must either be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive a negative COVID test during the week prior to the event.
