Our Goal

The world may look a little different right now, but one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to ending Alzheimer’s. This year, Walk to End Alzheimer’s is everywhere — on every sidewalk, track and trail.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. This year’s event won’t be a large in-person gathering — instead, we invite you to walk in small teams of friends and family while others in your community do the same. Because we are all still walking and fundraising for the same thing: a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

How to Participate

1. Register for your local Walk.

Sign up as a Team Captain, team member or individual.

2. Start fundraising and spread the word.

We'll provide tips and coaching every step of the way, including easy ways to raise funds online.

3. Join us on Walk day.

Take part in an interactive online experience, then walk in your community.

This year, we're bringing you new and exciting ways to experience the event.

Log in to Mainstage, the event's interactive online experience. Livestream the Opening and Promise Garden Ceremony.

Walk in your neighborhood, on any sidewalk, track or trail. Download the Walk to End Alzheimer's app to track your steps and receive messages of support along your route.

Connecting your walk page to your personal Facebook is easy! Log in to your participant center, then click Dashboard, and then scroll down until you see a blue button that says Connect to Facebook. You'll be amazed at how much you raise just by these 3 clicks!

MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT

Avoid the delays of funds showing up on your fundraising page by downloading the Walk to End Alzheimer's Mobile App and deposit checks yourself! We're excitied to continue the use of Mobile Check Deposit, a feature that has been added to our mobile app for iPhone and Android users. Use the Walk to End Alzheimer's app to scan any check donations you receive towards your fundraising efforts, and have them immediately added to your page and deposited to the Alzheimer's Association.
