Why We Walk:

agilon health is proud to host a National Team for the Walk to End Alzheimer's for the first time this year. Given our vision of empowering physicians to transform health care for seniors in communities across the U.S., we are looking forward to helping raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research through our involvement in the National Team program.

Our employees – along with their families and friends – are invited to join our National Team and participate in the walk. Please join the "team" within our National Team that best suits your location/job function. If you don't see a team in your location, please feel free to create a team so that you can participate with us. This also is an opportunity to use your Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefit. We'll share details on how to arrange to use 4 hours of VTO in the week leading up to or immediately following your local walk; this is one way we can thank you for participating. We also invite any of our physician partner practices to join our National Team!

Helping communities and bringing about positive change, especially for seniors, is something we embrace all year long at agilon health. Participating as a National Team in the Walk to End Alzheimer's is another example of how #agilonhealthserves365. With employees as well as physician partners located in communities across the U.S., we look forward to having a strong presence at many walks this fall!
