Since 1980, the Cleveland Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association has worked to uplift and empower those facing Alzheimer's and all other dementia in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties through our free care and support services.

All proceeds will advance the Alzheimer’s Association’s critical care, support and research efforts.
