The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and locations in our region, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.
Nominations are now open for the 2016 Sylvia Watkins Walk to End Alzheimer's Volunteer of the Year Award. Established in 2012 as a tribute to one of our chapter's most loyal and long-term Walk volunteers, this award is given to one Walk to End Alzheimer's volunteer in our chapter territory who has gone above and beyond required commitments to both Walk to End Alzheimer's and the Alzheimer's Association.
