Walk to End Alzheimer's® Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and locations in our region, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.

Thank you for walking with us! All donations received before December 31 will count towards this year's Walk. Make sure to send them to 7900 West 78th Street, Ste 100, Minneapolis, MN 55439 and include a note that lists your name and the Walk location/City.

July 31 - August 4 is Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® Challenge Week.
Each day, we’ll issue a challenge to all Walk to End Alzheimer’s Minnesota and North Dakota participants. You and your teammates will have an opportunity to compete for prizes as you work toward your team recruitment and fundraising goals.

Here’s what we have in store for Challenge Week:

Monday, July 31
Recruit as many new team members as possible. The Team Captain with the most new registered team members by midnight will win Walk window clings for all registered team members.

Tuesday, August 1
Customize your personal fundraising page with a photo and your story to let others know why you walk. Each participant who personalizes his or her fundraising webpage by midnight will be entered into a drawing to win a Walk travel case.

Wednesday, August 2
Lead by example – every participant who has made a self-donation by midnight will be entered to win a Walk Yowie towel. You’ll also earn your “Self-Donor” badge for your personal fundraising page, showing your commitment to the cause.

Thursday, August 3
Every participant who sends out a minimum of 25 emails through the Participant Center by midnight will be entered into a drawing to win a Walk sports bag.

Friday, August 4
Every participant who raises a total of $100 or more by midnight will be entered to win a Walk awareness bracelet. That’s $100 or more raised to date – not just today.
