The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and locations in our region, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.

Congrats to San Francisco (#7), San Jose (#8) and Sacramento (#8) for being one of the Top 30 Walk to End Alzheimer's events in the nation. Thanks to everyone who has supported this important cause. Together, we can make 2015 the best year yet!
Call for 2015 Planning Committee Members
Are you passionate about putting an end to Alzheimer’s disease? Do you want to get more involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s? Then we need you! In order to grow the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, we must continue to enlist and empower more volunteers to help us extend our reach.

As a volunteer, we count on your invaluable contribution of time and energy to make the event a success.
Each year, thousands of volunteers across the country help us bring Walk to End Alzheimer's to over 600 local communities in the United States. We could not do it without our dedicated and passionate volunteers!
To volunteer, click on the location you are interested in and you will be directed to the volunteer application form. Simply, fill out the application and a volunteer coordinator will contact you with information on your assignment. We have open lots of opportunities to help out on Walk Day.
