My Story

In 2011, at 67, my dad, Jack Young, lost his battle with early-onset Alzheimer's. The Jack Young Memorial Foundation is hosting the 12th Annual Jack Young Memorial Round to Remember Golf Tournament on June 2nd, 2023 in his honor. 


The Longest Day is the day of the year with the most light — the summer solstice. I can't wait until this horrible disease is eradicated, but until then, The Longest Day is the day I have committed to fighting Alzheimer's disease! I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
