After seeing the impact of this disease on my own family members, I decided to fight against the development of Alzheimer's pathology in my brain. A few years later, I decided to expand my knowledge and best practices to other wellness-focused individuals who want to reduce their risk of Alzheimer's with lifestyle interventions.
