Join our Enclave at Gilbert Team as we mark "The Longest Day" with ALZ Teams across the United States. "The Longest Day" is the day with the most light — the summer solstice. The Longest Day participants fight the darkness of Alzheimer's and all other dementia. As many with Alzheimer's lose their ability to read and comprehend, we will be "fighting the darkness" of Alzheimer's with an all day long Read-a-thon. Participants will be encouraged to log how many minutes they read that day. Anyone participating either by reading or making donations to our team will be entered for a chance to win raffle prizes.
