4 routes available for riders of all skill levels!

  • 20-miles
  • 50-miles
  • 70-miles
  • 100-miles

All routes start and finish at Canvas Stadium on the Colorado State University campus in beautiful Fort Collins, CO. The 20-mile course is perfect for beginners that want to enjoy the urban tour of this historic city along with a hint of the foothills and countryside. The 50, 70, and 100-mile routes will head west towards Horsetooth Reservoir and experience the steep climb up to the top, which will all be worth it when you get to the picturesque view along the water! All route distances are currently approximate and are subject to change in the distance just slightly. Final route maps will be posted closer to the event.

Distance:

20-Miles Route

Average Speed:

5-10 mph; 1-3 hours to complete

Description:

If you have a bike or are brand new to cycling and you are ready to change the future of Alzheimer's disease, then the 20-mile route is perfect for you! You will roll to the starting line after the long distance riders depart and experience a sendoff that will leave you with goosebumps. You will head west towards Horsetooth Reservoir, but instead of making the climb, you will then head north on Overland Trail Road. You'll experience the beautiful city of Fort Collins and you will glory at the mountain view that will guide you during the whole ride!

Distance:

50-Miles Route

Average Speed:

10-13 mph; 4-5 hours to complete

Description:

This route is the perfect mix of a mid-level challenge and includes scenery that can't be beat! It's simply the ride for those of you that take on the challenge for the food and drinks (you know who you are)! You will leave Canvas Stadium and head west through town and spend a few miles on the trail system before coming up on the Horsetooth Reservoir climb (about 500-feet, but relatively steep, so you'll need to train for this one). Once at the top of the hill, you'll want to stop to take in the view and a photo or two! Enjoy the downhill towards LaPorte and the Noosa Dairy headquarters and Howling Cow Coffee Shop. Then enjoy a more leisurely countryside ride through the farms and unique property that makes up Northern CO on your way back to Fort Collins.

Distance:

70-Miles Route

Average Speed:

14-17 mph; 4-5 hours to complete

Description:

If you consider yourself an avid cyclist, but also want to get back in time to enjoy the after-party, then this is the route choice for you! We are currently evaluating the 70-mile route for 2022 and the route map will be listed here soon. Safety is our number one priority and we will have fully stocked rest stops approximately every 10-15 miles for you, along with SAG support vehicles.

Distance:

100-Miles Route

Average Speed:

18-22 mph; 5-6 hours to complete

Description:

If you are an overachiever who is ready for the ultimate riding challenge, then we have found your answer. This is a ride that needs to be on your bucket list! We are currently finalizing the 100-mile route for the 2022 event, but you can trust that it will be epic and you should start training now for the elevation gain and climbing those hills. We will have fully stocked rest stops approximately every 10-15 miles, along with SAG support vehicles (sign up for the 100-mile today and you can always adjust to the 70-mile up until event morning, if needed).
