Why We Walk

At UKG Our purpose is people.

As a brand dedicated to making every workplace a great workplace for all, we help 75,000+ organizations across every industry anticipate and adapt to their employees’ needs beyond just work. At the same time, we cannot do this if we don’t define our own great workplace — for our people. In our efforts to make our employees their best we are dedicated to providing active and inspiring Employee Resource Groups that meet the many needs of our people.

One of those ERG’s is our CARES ERG which is dedicated to creating a community for all U Krewers impacted by chronic health conditions. Through personalized support and empowerment, our vision is to make sure U Krewers, directly affected or caregiving for loved ones, never feel alone in their journey. A journey that may include Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, learning, and prevention.

To embrace this challenge we Walk to End Alzheimer’s so our mission can extend to our community, to raise awareness, and raise hope as well, for all people affected.
