Hello my friends!!
Today 9/5 is my sweet mother’s birthday! She would have been 83 today but we unfortunately lost her right after her 81st birthday. She always loved having her family around to celebrate with her, and I guarantee she is having a hell of a great party today!
Now it’s time for me (in her honor) to get busy fundraising for the Ride to End Alzheimer’s! This year the 3rd annual ride is on November 11th. I’ve started my training even in this crazy heat. I participate because I have a burning passion to raise funds for scientific progress in the fight against Alzheimer's, the nation's sixth-leading cause of death. Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer's research — only dollars. But together, we can help change that. I am committed to raise funds and personally donate every dollar I can to go to research to find a cure for Alzheimer's and other dementias!
