Come in and meet Estella, who first saw red when she accepted the final rose of Season 4 of the Bachelor.  Since then she has committed her entire life to wellness  and has worked tirelessly to prevent, delay, detect, and even halt the disease and other forms of memory loss. As a health & fitness coach, she works with people to heal and strengthen every part of their bodies, starting with their brains. Her motto is simple, “ heal the brain & the body will follow.’
