Participation Type:

Team Captain - No Fee As a team captain, I will recruit active players for my team and participate in the football program. I agree to raise funds, with a minimum to play at $1,000 to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Player - No Fee As a player, I will participate in the football program and agree to raise fund at least $1,000 in order to play on game day. The Funds will assist to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Coach - No Fee As a coach, I will participate in the football program, agreeing to raise a minimum of $1,000, to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Sideline Warrior - No Fee As a non-playing participant, I will fundraise and support my team in the football program and raise funds to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Volunteer - No Fee As a volunteer I will provide game support and raise funds to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
