Celebrating the Life of a Community Servant
"Death is not the end, it’s only the beginning with Christ for Eternity."
As a dedicated family man, friend, athlete, U.S. veteran, former police officer and acting lieutenant, caregiver, mentor, and more, Rudy wore so many hats.
He lived an amazing life for 84 years. But the greatest assignment fulfilled on this Earth, was to let his "little light shine" on others, as a man of God.
He leaves behind his wife, Dorothy, of 57 years, a daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren, three godchildren, sister-in-laws, numerous cousins, nephews, and neices.
We miss him dearly, but continue to find comfort in his homegoing with Jesus Christ. He suffered for the past 12 years. Now he is free of illness, renewed and strengthened, rejoicing in His glory forever.
We thank the medical teams at Community Life in McKeesport, and the Canterbury Place Hospice facility in Lawrenceville for the care and treatment of our special loved one through his final days.
Through this tribute page in Rudy's honor, we hope to contribute to the research, clinical trials, and respite of Dementia and Alzheimer's to help doctors help other patients and their families one day find a cure.
