Our Dad
On Saturday, September 11th 2010, our father, Chuck Montoya passed away from complications; 9 days after suffering two strokes and a heart-attack. Although those last days were rough on us, he rested comfortably most of the time and we truly believe that passing this way was monumentally better than him living longer while Alzheimer's robbed him of any more of his dignity.
We appreciate your donation to http://Alz.org in dad's name, in hopes that another family inflicted with this terrible disease will seek comfort from all that this website has to offer.
