Walking By Faith
For the farmer, banker, preacher the honorable man.
Husband, Daddy, Granddad, Family, Friend
For the one who believed it was all a part of God’s plan
We Walk by Faith
For the 9 years spent living in mental pain
For a lifetime of memories slowly lost
For all the times unable to remember a loved one’s name
We Walk by Faith
For the one who was always willing to lend a helping hand
Anything he had freely and willingly given
For the one who worked his whole life for the love of the land
We Walk by Faith
For the writer, the poet, the unfinished prose
The gift of words lost deep in the mind
For the unfilled pages of life’s book to quickly closed
We Walk by Faith
For the legacy that Joe left behind
To love the Lord and all his people
For all those that “Ol’ Al” will treat unkind
We Walk By Faith

For all the minds that Alzheimer’s will claim
All the whys, heartache, pain, and loss
For all those affected whose lives will never be the same
We Walk by Faith
For a cure to save the memories of those we love
A world where Alzheimer’s is but a distant memory
For a disease free future to be a part of
We Walk by Faith
