2024 Dancing Stars of Columbus

Tony Reese returned to the Chattahoochee Valley in August 2022 after spending a year and a half in Panama City Beach as a multimedia journalist. He now works as a Sports Anchor/Reporter for WTVM News Leader 9.

Reese grew up in Smiths Station and is a 2015 Smiths Station High School graduate. He then attended Troy University where he graduated with a broadcast journalism degree - with a minor in sports information - in 2019. Reese joined the News Leader 9 team in July 2019 as a producer, where he was an intern. In his spare time, Tony is an avid foodie, loves mentoring the younger generation, and spends time with his wife.

Alzheimer's disease is something that hits close to home, being it has impacted both sides of my family.

Participating in this event allows me to be a part of something bigger than myself. This will allow me the opportunity to connect with my community and help raise funds for the countless families across our area that this disease impacts year-round.

I'm just a local hometown kid who strives to make a difference and leave a mark on the community I was born and raised in. I'm kindly asking for your aid in helping me give back to this very same community that has helped make me the man I am today.
