2023 Dancing Stars of Coastal Georgia

Hi there! I'm Michelle Peth, a skin care enthusiast and local entrepreneur in Savannah, Georgia!

I am NO DANCER, but I am joyful, determined, and absolutely honored to participate in Dancing Stars of Coastal Georgia this year for many reasons.

For one, the CAUSE. Alzheimer's disease impacts so many from those diagnosed, to their caregivers. I want to participate in a night that brings joy and recognition to these people while also helping raise awareness and donations to help find a cure!

I'm also dancing in memory of my friend Chris Waters who was passionate about this event, and at one time the coordinator of the gala and other ALZ walks and fundraisers in the Low Country. She lost her father to Alzheimer's, and then we unexpectedly lost her before I could dance in this event. I hope to make her proud.

Lastly, a partner in my company, BEETTAN, that also works closely with me, lost her grandmother to Alzheimer's on December 23, 2022. Mary is passionate about Alzheimer's and has been helping me prepare and fundraise in her grandmother's memory.

I hope to help people know how many people experience ALZ personally or from a distance. I actually worked at John Wesley Villas in my 20s, and know that it is far more common that so many of us think.

While skin care and melanoma are usually things I preach about, I'm so thankful for the opportunity to move into another cause of such importance with Dancing Stars, and I'd love your support in helping me reach my fundraising goal, and coming to cheer me on during the gala!
