Hi, I’m Kim Foley!

It’s an honor for me to represent Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in the 2023 Dancing Stars of Atlanta gala and raise money for Alzheimer’s research. This tragic disease touches our family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. We must continue raising awareness and supporting research to find a cure. My own dear friend Bert Upshaw developed early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease in the prime of his life, just like his father, and I will be dancing in honor of him.

I’m a native of this city with 20 years of experience in real estate, proud to have built a relationship-driven brand that is authentically Atlanta. It is my pleasure to use my expertise in providing comprehensive, highly-skilled guidance for clients in buying and selling in this market. A roster of satisfied clients include: Fortune 500 executives, NFL athletes and international business moguls. I was a 2021 Top Performer with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and am a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association’s Top Producers. Atlanta is my home, and I am proud to support my community through my involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association and volunteering with organizations such as Northside Hospital Women’s Foundation.

While I love traveling (I have been to over 12 countries and have thoroughly enjoyed gaining knowledge of different cultures), I have an innate passion for nature and southern culture. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy walking in Chastain Park, attending outdoor concerts about town, trying the latest on the Atlanta food scene and cheering on the Bama Tide with my daughter, Lauren.
