2023 Dancing Stars of Atlanta

 Hola!!! My name is Veronica Cuellar-Correa.  I’m Latina and I have a passion for traveling, eating good food and dancing. I’ve always prayed Dr. Martin Luther King’s quote: “Use me God. Show me how to take who I am, who I want to be, and what I can do, and use it for a purpose greater than myself” 

Well, this is it!!! 

My grandmother Maria Luisa, was diagnosed with Dementia in 2011. I was heartbroken. They say you're not supposed to have favorites, but I did. She was a rockstar! She was full of energy, love and kindness; her cooking was to die for and she enjoyed feeding us. It was her love language. But nothing, absolutely nothing could light up her face and spirit as much as dancing. Oh yes! She had moves! So I thought to myself: 

"What a privilege to honor her memory by doing what she loved doing…. And on top of that, to collect funds to help find a cure for such a painful condition.

YES! YOU CAN COUNT ON ME.  

This is specially for YOU Grandma, but also for everyone going through this condition.
