Hi I’m Katia Wood and I am excited to be one of the Stars for the 2023 Dancing Stars of Atlanta benefiting The Alzheimer's Association!

I was hesitant at first because, well, I’m not a dancer!  However, Alzheimer is such a heartbreaking disease that has impacted our family, our friends, and will impact many of you in some way during your lifetime.   

As a mother of 5 I am overcoming my fear and hopefully setting an example for our future leaders and caretakers.   I will train and prepare to compete while spreading awareness and raising funds for continued research so we can defeat Alzheimer!! 

Help me crush my personal goal of $75,000 and make sure to come cheer me on  May , 6th 2023!
