2023 Dancing Stars of Atlanta

Georgia is thrilled to be a part of the Alzheimer’s Association Dancing Stars of Atlanta event! She is a team with her two sisters, Lea and Gerri, with the goal of generating as much awareness and financial support as possible. Their mother Gerry is currently battling this cruel disease, Lea lost her father-in-law a few years ago to the disease and now they want to take action to support the research efforts and the programs to help those in throws of the disease. 

Georgia has dancing in her blood and has always loved it. She was a founding member of the Georgia Ballet Ensemble and studied dance in college. She went on to perform for Disney World, The Orlando Magic, Premiere Cruise Lines and in numerous productions, conventions and music videos. After having children she began working with children’s theater groups and has choreographed shows for school and community theater. She then went back to school and is currently a high school English and History teacher. Georgia is a two-time cancer survivor and has a great attitude. Her mother was also a dancer and Georgia hopes she is entertained by the show in May.
