Fundraising Honor Roll

Hi, my name is Jami Johnson and I am a 2022 Dancing Stars of Coastal Georgia contestant.  I am a local fitness instructor and trainer.  I grew up in Kentucky and for 11 years, I raised my daughter, Lily, on my own while working in various athletic centers throughout different stages of my life.  I have always had a passion for fitness, and when I met a man who shared the same interest - he was the one for me.  His name was Erik and he is the reason I am in Savannah today.  Not only did I meet the love of my life, he brought along two of the kindest, most driven, and beautiful young women.  The only thing I love more than health and wellness, is my family.  I have three remarkable daughters, Emma (25), Kate (22), and Lily (17).  they inspire me everyday to be a better version of myself.  I do not think I would be able to step out of my comfort zone in this way if it wasn't for my encouraging husband, who passed away in 2020.  Even without his constant presence, his honest and graceful words have changed who I am and how I see the world.  It is with his encouragement installed in my brain and the desire to be the best inspiration to do what you want and be who you want, for my children.  I am so excited to be competing this year and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to raise money for the treatment and management of Alzhemer's.  My grandmother Mae was taken by this cruel  disease when I was a young child.  It is an undignified disease which needs to be stopped and I am proud to assist in the fight to eliminate it.

CHECKS MUST BE IN ATLANTA BY COB ON 5/17/2022 - IF THAT ISN'T POSSIBLE, PLEASE CALL STEPHEN TO LET HIM KNOW YOU WILL BE BRINGING A CHECK TO THE EVENT!
