I serve this cause because Alzheimer's disease is the ONLY top 10 leading cause of death without a cure! Currently, more than 5 million Americans suffer from Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. The corresponding impact on our families as caregivers/providers is also daunting. Every one of us - whether we suffer from it or we are caring for those who do - faces incredible challenges ahead unless we can change the course of this disease.

Professionally at Bankers Life, I witness firsthand the impact Alzheimer's disease has on our clients and their family members, many of whom act as caregivers. That's why we established Bankers Life Forget Me Not Days®, a nationwide fundraising campaign to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association calling on everyone to fight this tragic disease.

Only together can we find our first survivor and end Alzheimer's disease!
