This will be my 15th Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Spartanburg, and it will be Clara’s first.

When we walked last year in our neighborhood, we were actually pregnant with Clara; we just didn’t know it yet! This sweet pea has changed the shape of our world. I will do all I can to shape a future for her that is free of Alzheimer’s disease and all dementia. I hope she grows up in a world of survivors.

Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 14 million by 2050. Together, our donations can advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
