By participating in the 2022 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research, care, and support. Thank you for contributing in 2010 (you donated $1100), in 2011 (you donated $1400), in 2013 (you donated $1000), in 2014 (you donated $835), in 2015 (you donated $2000), in 2016 (you donated $1312), in 2017 (you donated $2504), in 2018 (you donated $3473!), in 2019 (you donated $891), and in 2020 you donated $1384.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please consider making a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments, and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support, and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here. Dementia continues to slowly rob Mother (Elizabeth Perlman) of her recent memory. She will be 102 on October 31, 2022. The photo was taken on the porch at Mother's Assisted Living residence on Aug 31, 2020 which was the first time I had seem Mother since early March 2020 because of covid rules about visiting.
Sincerely,
Diane Marcus
