As the Director of Operations for Visiting Angels of Pikesville, I see the toll Alzheimer's takes on our clients and their loved ones. Personally, I watched this disease rob my Nana of her personality, her memories and her life.
At the Walk to End Alzheimer's, people carry flowers representing their connection to Alzheimer’s — blue for those living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, yellow for those who care for them, purple for those who have lost someone to the disease, and orange for those who simply support the cause.
I participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's to raise money for research so one day there will be a white flower for Alzheimer’s first survivor.
I participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's because currently more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and funding enhanced care and support for all affected is vitally important.
Eliminate Alzheimer’s Disease.
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
