Continuing to take its toll, it was Covid 19 that took his life. There is some comfort in knowing his dementia journey is over. But we will fight to find a cure so that families and our loved ones do not have to experience the devastation of the disease.
For over 20 years my dad had a newspaper column entitled "Townline". He was the voice of many and raised issues that needed to be addressed in the town of Wallingford and throughout the state. He also used it as his voice to share his feelings about his family. So our team is named in honor of that column. Because we are now his voice so that we can raise issues that need to be addressed for those facing dementia.
Please help me put an end to not only Alzheimers but all forms of dementia. My hope for all of you is that your 65 seconds never comes. Thank you for joining the movement!
Thank you for helping us advance Alzheimer's support, care and research!
