You need to know about Alzheimers
On May 23, 2017 I lost my father to Alzheimers. It was a grueling battle that lasted several long years. This disease not only effects the victim, but the entire family, especially the spouse. We have really no certain idea how to combat this terrible disease. However, promising research points to exercise as a great deterrent for Alzheimers. Making a donation in my fathers name goes directly to the Alzheimers association, and benefits so many families crushed by this terrible disease.
