By participating in the 2024 Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research, care, and support. Thank you for contributing in 2010 (you donated $1100), in 2011 (you donated $1400), in 2013 (you donated $1000), in 2014 (you donated $835), in 2015 (you donated $2000), in 2016 (you donated $1312), in 2017 (you donated $2504), in 2018 (you donated $3473), in 2019 (you donated $891), in 2020 (you donated $1384), in 2021 (you donated $1170), in 2022 (you donated $1344), and in 2023 and 2024 you donated over $1000.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.
I need your support to do my part! Please consider making a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments, and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support, and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for joining our movement! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here. Over a 12 year period, dementia slowly robbed my Mother (Elizabeth Perlman) of her recent memory. She turned 102 on October 31, 2022. Sadly, she died on Dec 28, 2022.
Sincerely,
Diane Marcus
