Last year, Eric and I rode our 252 miles on our own in a "virtual" ride on many different roads throughout North Carolina. We are excited that the 2021 Alzheimer's Ride to Remember will return to an in person, group ride. Everyone involved with this ride whether they are making sandwiches, repairing bikes, organizing shuttles, preparing/serving dinner or pedaling the miles has a personal connection with the disease. As a result, the sense of community and level of appreciation for donors and participants makes this a unique and rewarding experience as we work together to fight this debilitating disease.
After a year of Covid isolation and lockdowns, it is a joy to be able to once again be able to work with others to bring hope, support and one day a cure for all of the individuals and their families who are struggling with Alzheimer's disease. I hope you will consider supporting my ride this year.
Thanks for your support.
