We are proud to announce that Kisco Senior Living has joined the Alzheimer’s Association as a National Team.
At Kisco Senior Living, we've spent over 35 years redefining senior living with a boutique hospitality experience rooted in service," explains Jason McLaughlin, Chief Operating Officer. “From pioneering Forbes Five-Star training in our communities to championing causes close to home, we believe in leading with purpose. As a proud National Team with the Alzheimer’s Association, we’re honored to raise our voices, share our hearts, and take action for those impacted by dementia. We make a difference every day, both within our communities for seniors and alongside our neighbors.
In 2024, Kisco Senior Living launched Heirloom Memory Care, a program grounded in human-centered research, empathy, and connection. Heirloom is more than a program—it’s a promise to honor each resident’s story, preserve their dignity, and uplift abilities over limitations. Through our own robust training curriculum, Montessori methods, and purposeful engagements Heirloom Memory Care represents the power of empathetic, personalized care.
I am deeply passionate about the work we do every day. What I love most is the opportunity to create meaningful connections with our residents and their families. Each individual has a unique story, and being part of their journey is both a privilege and a joy.” Juliet Moody, Hospitality Services Director, The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center.
For over 35 years, Kisco has operated full-service senior living communities across the country, offering an enriched lifestyle through its three distinct brands: Kisco Lifestyle, Kisco Signature, and Balfour Senior Living. With 32 communities in 11 states, Kisco Senior Living is proud to stand alongside our residents, associates, families, partners and neighbors in this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
"At Kisco, our vibrant communities are more than places to live—they’re places to thrive. Where the Art of Living Well comes to life." — Leandra Negrete, Senior Vice President of Operations. “Our communities are a part of their local towns and cities whether participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, hosting education events for families or professionals, or arranging support for our local charities.
