Why We Walk: As a member of the Rockwell Automation’s Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's team, you can make a real difference for individuals who are living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and the people who love them.

Through our Parents and Caretakers Employee Resource Group (PaCT), our foundation is built on being an advocate for, bringing visibility to, and being a change agent in removing barriers to evolve the culture at Rockwell Automation to be the best place where working parents and caretakers can and want to do their best work focused on driving business results. PaCT provides resources, tools, and support for all phases of family life to give opportunities for employees to achieve effective work-life integration and balance.

Additionally, our ROKability Employee Resource Group promotes and celebrates awareness, achievement, and victories of all abilities within Rockwell Automation and our community. This is done through shared information, organizational awareness, outreach, education, and collaboration with a goal to drive systemic changes within the enterprise and in our communities.
