Why We Walk:

Hello Team,

We are excited to be supporting the Alzheimer's Association's annual Walk To End Alzheimer's again this year!

More than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's, and 1 in 3 seniors will die with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia. Because Enlivant helps seniors with dementia live life to the fullest and thrive, we are encouraging all of our communities to participate locally and have some fun while making valuable contributions to Alzheimer's research.

The Walk To End Alzheimer's is held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funding for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. This year, the Walks take place August through November across the country.

Across the nation, you will see that the Walk to end Alzheimer's is represented by flowers, each committed to ending this disease. Walk participants raise funds and increase awareness for a breakthrough in the fight against Alzheimer's. Thank you for committing to leading a team of volunteers who will make an impact on advocacy, research, and ultimately find a cure for this debilitating disease.
