Workout to End Alz is an all-day workout fundraising event for The Longest Day to raise needed funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. All proceeds go to benefit the Alzheimer's Association on June 11, 2022.
US Fitness (Onelife Fitness, Sport & Health, and Crunch Fitness) will host Workout to End Alz with an all-star lineup of instructors and a variety of formats including Cycle, Zumba, Body Pump, and more. Each participant will donate a minimum of $25 although we encourage everyone to strive to raise $100 or more.
Most of us have been impacted directly or indirectly by Alzheimer's and we know that this disease does not discriminate by age, race, or gender. A number of studies indicate that fitness could lower our risk. As we Workout to End Alz, we will be honoring those we lost and working hard to find a cure for Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.
Here is your challenge: You can locate your team and donate or you can also choose to create your own team, sharing your personal story and commitment to this important cause. Registered participants will be eligible for incentive prizes.
Join us at one of US Fitness' 35 locations for a day of fitness, fundraising, and Alzheimer's awareness. On June 11, 2022 the clubs will be open to everyone. Classes are first come, first serve. To find the nearest location, please click on the gym logo to identify your desired class. Follow these instructions- for both receiving a T-shirt and for registering for your class preference.
