Apply for your matching gifts now! Please follow these instructions:

On Flagscape, click “Essential Links” at the bottom left, then “Apply for matching gifts” under “About us” at the top left. Scroll about halfway down and click on “Employees: Apply for a Matching Gift”.

For the search parameters, enter “Alzheimer’s Association” and the state where the local Association chapter that sponsors your walk resides — for example, the Boston walk is sponsored by the Massachusetts chapter of the Association, so Boston walkers should search for “Alzheimer’s Association” as the “Organization Name” and “MA” as the “State”. Select the correct Association chapter — if more than one comes up and you are not sure which is the correct chapter, reach out to your local walk director — contacts are listed on the walk website for your city’s walk.

Follow the instructions to fill out the information in the drop down boxes — in “Gift Designation”, put your name and your walk. Hit “Save & Proceed”, review the info, and then hit “Submit.” Once you do that, you should get the option to print & mail the verification form to the Association (use the address of the chapter you selected earlier in the process) or to e-mail it to the Association (use the local walk director contacts on the walk website for your city’s walk).

The Bank only matches gifts that are at least $25, it will not pay the matching gift until it is verified by the Association, and it only pays matching gifts at the end of each calendar quarter. Please apply for your matching gifts as soon as possible!
