Our mother was a remarkable fighter for many causes including literacy for disadvantaged youth and helping adults struggling with disabilities. But, perhaps her greatest cause was championing Alzheimers awareness and treatments as she was the primary caregiver for and wife of 60 loving years of our father who continues to struggle with this disease. Her passing has left a void in his life beyond his comprehension. Honoring her and her love for our Dad through supporting the Alzheimer's Association is a beautiful tribute to her legacy. Thank you for sharing in this fight about which she cared deeply and for working toward a cure for this devastating disease.
