September 28, 2024. We will meet at 11:00 am.   This day is also the beginning of the Fall Festival at Waverly Park.  We have been given permission to use the same gazebo we always use (anyone want to help decorate it on Friday?) but the parking will be in the grass over by the church.  You will be directed where to park by the festival workers, but it will not be in your usual spot. The Festival opening is 10:00 am and they have requested that we do not start our walk before 11:00 am

Waverly Park information - new time

Arrive between 10:45-11:00 AM and look for us around the gazebo - parking will be directed by the park festival and will be in the grass by the church

• Around 11:20 picture taking of families/groups
• 11:30 begin walking
• The festival has food trucks so we will not be providing lunch on 9/28/24

• If you have never attended their festival it's well worth your time to walk around and see what's available,  Bring some spending money!

September 28, 2024, at IUPUI's Carroll Stadium. Location is 1001 West New York Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Times: 9:00 am Festival; 10:15 am Opening Ceremony with Walk beginning after.

I walk for anyone who has ever been touched by Alzheimer's  The great news is research is coming through with some new breakthroughs for medication for early diagnosis patients. Help by walking with us and click the "join my team" button then begin raising money to keep the research going.

The Walk is not that far away.  Our team raised over $12,000 last year,- let's see if we can surpass that amount this year.  Ask family, friends, co-workers or whoever you can to help with the cause with even a small donation.
