Alzheimer’s isn’t stopping and neither are we. By participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, I’m raising funds and awareness to advance the fight against this disease — funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association® to provide 24/7 care and support while accelerating critical research.

I was part of the "sandwich generation"...raising kids while taking care of my parents. My kids are grown and my parents both gone, and now it's time for me to make a difference. We've had five other family members succumb to Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. I am raising funds in memory of all of them...my Dad Bill and mom Judy, my Aunts Gwen and Jan, Uncle Jimmie, two grandmothers Libby & Lula. I know there will be a first survivor of this terrible disease. The harder we work, the sooner we create a world where EVERYONE survives this disease!
