2023 marks my 29th season of Walking to End Alzheimer’s! Over the years I’ve walked in five states and woken up at 4am for walk weekends more times that I care to remember, and now can add that I've walked "everywhere" in our 2020 year. But I wouldn’t trade any of them. Ok maybe the ones that were pouring rain. And cold. Like 20 degrees cold.
I walk for those I’ve lost. I walk for those living well with Alzheimer’s. I will continue to walk until we end the disease.
