In August of 2018, my sweet Gram Erma succumbed to Alzheimer's/dementia. In a way her passing was a relief, as she no longer had to suffer the horrible effects of this disease. And in reality, the family had felt her loss many years earlier when she started to forget us.
My hope is that a cure is found before anyone else has to deal with this disease. The end of Alzheimer's disease starts with you. Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
