Nearly 7 MILLION Americans are living with Alzheimer's.  By 2050, this number is projected to rise to nearly 13 million. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease.  1 in 3 Seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia.

My Billie Jo (BJ) passed peacefully into her eternal rest on 1/22/2021 (her birthday and our anniversary) after a courageous 10-year journey with ALZ.  As we started this journey together, I promised My BJ that she could always hold onto me; and as she did our love for one another grew closer and closer.  My prayer was always that the Lord would allow me to be with My BJ "as she finished her race, when death would part us."  I was (with the Lord's help) able to keep my promise to My BJ.  My BJ would want me to continue Our Journey with ALZ by sharing "Our story of Love and JOY" with other families in their walk with ALZ.  To know MY BJ was to love her . . . This is my fourth WALK without MY BJ!  I carry "MY BJ" in "My Spirit" each and every day . . .

MY FAMILY AND I ARE WALKING IN MEMORY OF OUR BELOVED WIFE, MOM/STEPMOM AND GRANDMA BJ, and for future family generations without ALZHEIMER'S.  As we walk, we celebrate our "Joy for The Journey " with our beloved BJ.  Thank you for joining the movement!  The END of ALZHEIMER'S DISEASES starts with us (you and I).
