I walk in memory of my Dad, all those suffering from dementia, those that care for loved ones suffering from dementia, those with friends and family suffering from dementia, those who have lost their life to dementia, and those who lost loved ones to dementia. I walk for a CURE.
In 2020 my Dad, the most easy to love, kind, selfless man I know, was diagnosed with Frontal Temporal Dementia which progressed to FTD with speech aphasia and Parkinson's. My Dad lost his battle on July 18th, 2024 surrounded by my mom, sister, brother, and me. He would have had it no other way. Please consider joining and/or donating to our team to help find a cure.
