We are gearing up for our second Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Don was diagnosed in May 2024. He has started treatment at IU and is having great success and no side effects with Lecanemab infusions. We are so appreciative of Dr. Brosch and the medical team at IU and feel like we are in great hands. Don has said many times that he hopes to be the first Alzheimer’s Survivor. We just need a cure as soon as possible!!! That’s where your donations come in!  Last years Walk felt like a giant hug. We were surrounded by so many family and friends, and it was truly uplifting. We also hope to hold some dining give-back days like we did with Hacienda to earn additional funds for Alzheimer’s research. We hope you will support these as well. All the love and support you’ve shown since Don’s diagnosis has been a tremendous boost to Don’s morale and encourages him to keep positive and keep fighting. Thank you so much!!!

Every year, the Alzheimer's Association hosts their biggest fundraiser to raise money for research, care and support. All donations are tax deductible! If you are able, I would so appreciate if you would join my team or donate to my team in honor of Don. The Walk will be held Saturday October 4, 2025 at Friedman Park in Newburgh. My greatest joy would be if you could show Don your love and support by walking with us. All walkers must register on my team page. If you fundraise at least $100 you will receive the purple Alzheimer's shirt. Please help us fill Don's Memory Bank with all the love and joy and precious memories. He is so deserving! He is my everything!!!
