Our Story
Francis Brian Messner
1/27/1947 - 4/6/2019
Brian was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease on Oct 14, 2014, at the age of 67.
He went to his eternal home on Saturday, April 6, 2019.
We now walk in Brian's memory and with the goal of finding the first survivor.
And as Brian always said, "so someone else doesn't have to go through what I went through".
Research does not happen without funding. Alzheimer's disease can't currently be stopped or slowed. Every year, more than 450,000 people in 600 communities come together for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's - the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.
We invite you to join our team. Please consider walking with us on Saturday, Sept 21 and raise funds, or donating to help us raise money for this important cause.
Here's how you can help:
