"For the Cure" is the name of our team because the ultimate goal of our efforts is to find an end to this disease and all types of dementia.  Join our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's®. We are a mix of family members, caregivers and those currently diagnosed, as well as staff from the Winnebago County Aging and Disability Resource Center.  We are actively fundraising with some team activities as well! 

Together, we can advance research to treat and prevent Alzheimer's, and provide programs and support to improve the lives of millions of affected Americans.
